Jennifer was a pleasure to work with as we bought our first home. She is very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods in Jersey City we were most interested in. Given that this was our first time as home-buyers, we were a bit nervous, but she made the process feel exciting and positive the whole way through. We always felt like we were in good hands- and that there were no silly questions. She has a very warm and open demeanor, and is very supportive and patient. Jennifer was never pushy and really understood what we wanted. She was also a very helpful ally and partner as we navigated making an offer and helped provide insights about what we needed to do.

Jennifer recently helped me in finding the apartment. Based on my dealings with her, I found here extremely knowledgeable of the local market. Her responsiveness and availability just impressed me very much, I never had to wait for long and she always responded back thru texts or calls within a short time. It was very easy working with her and she was very diligent and gave very good suggestions on the properties that I looked which helped me a lot in decision making. Being punctual and courteous are her other attributes. I will contact her again for my future dealings.

I am new in the US, I contacted to Zillow to get information about an apartment and she was the agent who helped me. Based on specific things I have been looking for, she provided me different options on specific locations, once we look every place she told me the benefits and tradeoffs of every place (personally, I consider important build a trustful relation to have a better experience as customer). When I decided for an apartment, she explained to me what I need to do and provided me some additional recommendations to have a better stay in the US. The overall process was fine, despite I had several issues on my end, she helped to understand what are the most important points in the proccess to avoid any delay or not being able to rent the property. In conclusion, the overall experience for me was nice, not only because I got a property, most because she helped to decide what is best depending on my interests, she explained to me some process that can make my life easier in NJ/NY, she is really knowledgable about different areas, she was quick to find or research things that she was not familiar with and most important, I found a honest and trustful person. I deeply recommend her!
