We loved working with Amanda! We chose Amanda because we knew her personally and knew she would do what she could to help us sell our house. She was on top of all the details and very responsive to any questions or issues that we had. She went above and beyond to make sure that it was an easy process for us! We had sold a couple of canopy sheds that were on our property but the buyer was a little slow getting them removed. Amanda stepped in and encouraged the shed buyer to get them off our property before our closing date. The shed buyer was there within 2 hrs and got them removed. Amanda was very professional, keeping us informed by text or email. She helped us get electricians and plumbers to our house to get inspection points taken care of quickly. Selling your house can be pretty stressful but Amanda took a lot of that stress away because she was so efficient and thorough.

Amanda went out of her way to make certain that I was given the absolute best choices available for homes. She has checked up on me multiple times to make sure I was happy with my home and make sure I was adjusting to life in Lamar. 15 out of 10!!!
