We first met Beth Miller when we called to have someone show us a house. From the beginning, she was professional, attentive, and completely understood that we weren’t in a rush — we knew it might take years to find the perfect place. Over the course of nearly four years, Beth showed us dozens of properties — some of which turned into quite the adventure. Throughout it all, she was incredibly patient, responsive, and flexible, always making time for us and adjusting to our pace. When we finally found our dream home right on Lake Ontario, Beth made the entire process seamless. She was always available to answer questions, address concerns, and guide us every step of the way. Shanae was awesome beginning to end of the process. Her constant communications were the key for me. Regardless of how the process is flowing or not, Shanae kept in touch the entire way. She was quick to negotiate a sale price with data, quick to help me to add an RV to the sale (not an everyday thing), quick to sell and quick to communicate through the dreaded legal process. Hats off to Shanae for a job well done. I highly recommend her to any buyer looking for results…..
