Amanda has been absolutely amazing to work with. We have been working with her for about a year now and our direction has changed from buying a home, to buying a rundown home and updating, to buying land and building. She has been super nice and unwavering the entire time. When we finally decided to buy land and build she helped us vet the properties, builders, and has been our squeaky wheel to help keep things moving forward. We have now officially bought land and contracting with a builder, that she found and vetted, and in the process of designing our home. She has been super patient with us and is even as excited as we are for this build process, even though it's much longer than just purchasing a home that is already built. I'm so excited to be working with her and continuing this process knowing that she's on our side. I would 11/10 recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or build in Marion County and surrounding areas.

Amanda was simply great to work with. Right at the start she explained the process., made us aware of what to expect, and gave us confidence to proceed towards our goal. During the process, Amanda explained each doc before we signed, and was always available to answer questions. Amanda met with inspectors and tradesmen and was never short on a solution to a challenge. We were very happy with her knowledge and professionalism, and We would definitely recommend Amanda to our family, friends and associates.

Amanda was fantastic to work with. She listened closely to what I said I was looking for and as we viewed homes she fine tuned the listings she sent me. Once I found a place, she was instrumental in helping make the offer through closing run smoothly. She was quick to respond to my texts or emails. I truly appreciate her expertise and follow through. Amanda is truly interested in her customers, not just to make a sale, she takes interest in her home buyers. She helps you to make a good choice, she shows you more than 2 houses, she does this even with you saying: I like number one or I really love this second one, I actually looked at three and m so in love with my choice.
