Bev did an outstanding job from start to finish! She is an amazing professional who is very knowledgeable, responsive and produces results. In my case, I remember meeting Bev the first time, and I had so many questions. Bev answered all the questions thoroughly, but then I knew that I had the right person with the additional support that she could provide. I was selling a house from a few States away from me. I was in Texas, and the house was in California, and, in short, I needed a lot of help. I only met Bev the one time, but we communicated frequently. She kept me up to date on everything that was going on, and I relied on her to make the house ready for the sale. I was not always responsive during the day, but she was also responsive in the evenings. She knows someone for everything, and this house needed it! Bev provided me assistance with complying with outside/yard fire standards, indoor handyman services, septic services, and communications with the local CA government and utility offices to ensure everything was ready for sale. She also continuously guided me on changes in price, backed up by comps. She did so much, but I know that she also did so many things that I don't even know about, and was always kind and gracious. This was a great decision to choose Bev as our realtor. Bev - Thank you for everything you have done for us over the last several months to get this house sold!!

Kirsten was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I had a bit of a whirlwind buying process and Kirsten not only helped the process move quickly, but she was extremely knowledgeable about the area and had lots of resources to recommend. No matter how many questions we threw at her (or how often) she was always quick to respond and available to talk us through the process. We were able to close early due to how proactive she was and her willingness to bridge any communication gaps between the lender and the title company. She made us feel like we were her top priority and offered the ability to reach out to her post closing if we needed to. We highly recommend Kirsten.
