Kirsten was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I had a bit of a whirlwind buying process and Kirsten not only helped the process move quickly, but she was extremely knowledgeable about the area and had lots of resources to recommend. No matter how many questions we threw at her (or how often) she was always quick to respond and available to talk us through the process. We were able to close early due to how proactive she was and her willingness to bridge any communication gaps between the lender and the title company. She made us feel like we were her top priority and offered the ability to reach out to her post closing if we needed to. We highly recommend Kirsten.

We gave Bev an impossible task, find us a home ready to move into in less than 60 days ... over Christmas. She found a place we could afford but it needed a lot of renovation. December 14th we wanted to make an offer, the seller wanted to close by the end of the year. With a quick "that is in 15 days, 15 day escrow is generally only for all cash buyers" ... we were not cash buyers ... Bev said "I will give your lender a call." A long story short, we completely rehabilitated a house and move in by our deadline, February 1st. Bev was key in finding us contractors to do the work quickly with the best quality and great prices. We were fortunate to find Bev and whole heartedly recommend her without reservation.

Kirsten is the best! A pleasure to work with, professional and on your side the entire time. Buying our property wasn’t a walk in the park but Kirsten was there every step of the way keeping us posted, making great recommendations when needed and made the whole experience easier. She’s very knowledgeable and has a great team she works with, I don’t see us using anyone else.
