Heather was a Godsend to me. I had dealt with a previous agent and he was horrible. She went beyond the call of duty as I was looking for a home in Missouri from Reno, Nevada. I feel I have a trusted in friend in Heather. I have already recommended her to others. She has even helped me after the purchase. She is the kind of person you would pick to be family.

Heather was a joy to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying and helped me learn and understand the process myself. Heather was an absolute delight to work with! She was very proactive and quick to respond to questions along the way. In one 24 hour period, we signed a buyer's contract, put in an offer and then a counter offer that was accepted. We are moving from Portland, Oregon to St. Louis and throughout the home buying process, I was in located in Portland, Oregon and my husband was in St. Louis but Heather made the process incredibly smooth from our initial offer to closing and knew exactly what I needed to do in order to close on the house from a remote location. If you team up with Heather you will not be disappointed!

Heather was wonderful to work with! She not only helped us find the perfect property, she was able to negotiate a much better deal than we expected in a competitive market. Always answered our calls and texts quickly. Every house we toured we walked in and had every detail regarding seller close dates, requests, potential issues, etc. provided to my wife and I. Heather always did her homework! Working with Heather opened my eyes to what experience and knowledge in the real estate industry can do to help a buyer. 10/10 recommend!
