Alexis did a great job helping us every step of the way! She was excellent to work with and went way over and above the call of duty time and time again. She was so easy to work with. There are numerous examples why this transaction was a result of her creativity and hard work. We would definitely suggest others use her services and if we need an agent again in this market she will certainly be who we use. Things could not have worked out any better. She helped us with suggestions to prepare the property to make it more desirable for a buyer. She was very persistent and creative finding the buyer. She is a kind helpful person which also worked to help the purchaser make their decision. I am so lucky to have had Alexis work for me. We had issues with the lender that I thought we’re going to keep us from closing this deal. With her experience, she talked to both the lender and the county and got everything done that needed to be to close this deal. Anytime I needed anything she was there. Alexis was a real go getter from the day she listed my home up till the day I got an offer. I was very impressed by her friendliness and quick replies to my inquiries regarding the listing. I would have Alexis list my home again. There was a moment during the listing that things were slow probably due to interest rates rising. We put the listing on hold for the Winter due to the fact that Twisp gets so much snow. In the early spring when it was time to get it back on the market, I told Alexis that I wanted to drop the price drastically to get it sold. She asked me to just leave it the way it is for a while. She just had a feeling. I took her advice. So happy that I did. Three weeks later I got a full price offer saving me quite a few thousand dollars. Thank you Alexis. I'm a very happy client. ??????
