Talia was so knowledgeable and helpful. Every step along the way she was responsive to our questions. A lot of major milestones occurred of our home buying process occurred over the holiday season (think making offers the day before thanksgiving!) but Talia never missed a beat. We are endlessly thankful to her for helping us find our dream home and taking great care at every step along the way.

My husband and I cannot speak more highly of Ann!! She truly goes above and beyond in every step of the home-buying AND selling process. We would recommend her hundredfold. You will not find another real estate agent that cares as deeply about their clients as she does. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! She was recommended to me by a friend and exceeded all my expectations with both buying a new house and selling our old house! Very professional, excellent communication, thorough and detailed, trustworthy, a true local and highly knowledgeable about Washtenaw County and surrounding areas! Comes from a construction background and has a great critical eye in spotting concern points and knowing whether it’s a big deal or not and general repair method and estimates. I wholeheartedly trust her professional opinion and 100% recommend her for everyone!
