Agent listed appliances as almost new, so we did not get a full inspection. he also told all of us many times that the appliances are almost new. Turns out refrigerator went out and repairman and manufacturer confirmed it was 22 years old. Contacted him in January have not heard back about it yet about listing that was not truthful.

Justine was exactly what we needed to feel confident buying in the area. She has an expert eye for detail at every viewing noticing details that we never would have considered. She was responsive to our questions and requests. She has incredible community knowledge and connections to make the buying process smooth and stress free. She’s also fun to be around and easy to connect with which is important in a process where you’re making the biggest purchase of your life. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience working with Justine, and I am so happy with the outcome of our collaboration. Justine was referred to me by my trusted mortgage broker. She was responsive immediately, and set up a time to meet to discuss the sale of my home. Justine demonstrated confidence and expertise in the housing market I needed to sell in, and established a specific plan to get the ball rolling. She answered all of my questions and helped me feel so excited about the selling process. She also managed the staging, photographing, and listing of my home, and did an absolutely amazing job negotiating with potential buyers to secure me an offer well above my listing price. From start to finish, I felt assured knowing that Justine was on my side, and I will recommend her to anyone and everyone that I know of looking to buy or sell in the future. I will definitely be reaching back out to her in the future to work together again!

I can't imagine a better experience buying a house in a new city, which is always hard and complicated and can be exhausting. She had our confidence from the start and was fun and responsive the whole way. Two things I want to point out that means a lot. First, she knows the area and could speak to neighborhoods, traffic patterns, schools, history. Second, she could speak immediately when we walked into a home about problems (for instance, a sagging roofline, lighting, water damage, awkward steps) and about the positives. She has an informed, educated eye, and is remarkably intuitive. I recommend Justine Anthony so highly--and I really never give 5 stars and such a glowing report.

This guy is a complete disaster. He was the agent for the sellers and I was the buyer who had my own realtor. He is very unresponsive and doesn’t care about good quality customer service. All he cares about is getting paid and making sure he has enough money to go on vacation. When our offer was accepted, we were in our inspection period and we made an appt to see the house because I was a purchaser from out of state so I flew all the way across the country to see the home and this guys sellers decided it was a smart idea to leave the lock box inside their home while they were out of town. The realtor did not have a copy of the key either. We asked to get a locksmith and him and his clients threatened to go with the backup offer if we did that. He is very hard to get a hold of and his communication was poor. When we finally got access to our house to move in we didn’t even have access because this guy decided not to tell us the clients left and also decided not to respond to us about the lockbox code. All around I would never do business with this guy. Out of all the services I have ever received in my life, this has to be the most unprofessional, disrespectful and horrible experience I dealt with. His clients weren’t any better. The whole process could have been a lot smoother if there was just better communication from him and his clients. My realtor worked so hard for us and did everything in her power to make sure we were happy. I hope this guy doesn’t make a dime ever again and loses his real estate license. The most unethical realtor and person I have ever dealt with.
