When I first reached out to Alejandro, I was worried that my desire to move from across the country and settle down in a smaller locale might not seem credible. He was polite, personal and empathetic. When I indicated that my buying price point was lower - likely under 6 figures, I worried that the my business might not seem financially worthwhile (i.e. big commission). Alejandro was reassuring, optimistic and never flinched. When I inquired as to whether it would be okay to tour multiple properties in different nearby cities and take a couple days of his schedule, I worried that I'd be coming across as a high-maintenance client. He was positive and obliging. When I was firm in the negotiation process and worried that my positions might seem difficult, Alejandro was supportive and dedicated. When I worried about the logistics of buying a property while living thousands of miles away, he coordinated details, met inspectors, and communicated regularly. Despite a time difference between us, he welcomed my calls and texts at any time. After the sale was successfully completed, when I worried about keeping an eye on the place for several weeks, Alejandro went above and beyond by assisting me with various help. Stop looking.
