We were so glad to have found Mark as our real estate agent. We actually found him when we were trying to get quotes for a bathroom remodel in our old home. He went above and beyond to make our new home perfect before we even moved in. One of the biggest projects he tackled was the vaulted ceilings, which had dusty, dated texture throughout much of the house. We loved this new home except for that which was a dealbreaker. Mark told us to look past that because he was more than capable of fixing that issue. Instead of just painting over it, Mark took the time and effort to sand it all down, creating a smooth surface. He skim coated the ceilings, primed them, and then gave everything two fresh coats of paint. The difference was incredible and brightened up the entire house. What could have been a messy, overwhelming job was handled seamlessly by Mark, and the results completely transformed the space. We are so grateful for his dedication, skill, and attention to detail in every step of the process. The best part is we got it done at an incredible rate, and we wanted him to tackle a few other projects, but he didn't have any availability unfortunately. I would imagine he stays very busy as this was by far the best real estate agent experience we have encountered vs. a traditional real estate agent. 10 stars!

Mark took the time to really understand what we were looking for and made the entire home-buying process feel seamless. What truly set him apart was his background as a general contractor because after we closed, he helped us remodel the kitchen top to bottom. He put in an LVL beam that passed inspection which made us feel better about removing a load bearing wall The transformation was incredible, and it turned a great house into our dream home. His knowledge, both as a realtor and contractor, was invaluable. We’re so glad we had him on our side and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying in Wilmington.
