Everybody told me not to put my house on the market during the winter because it wouldn’t sell or that my house didn’t have enough charm or that my price wasn’t right. But luckily I eventually talked to Kelly who shared my enthusiasm and was as excited as I was to get my house on the market at my desired price because she saw the potential too. Working with her, from then on and at the start, was easy and uncomplicated. She told me what do, what to fix, and kept me in the loop the whole time. She made great content, great comments, and had great energy. In the end, we sold my house in just over a week, in the dead of winter! Lisa is amazing and we could not recommend her more! We have bought a number of homes in our lives, we were remote for the entire process except a few days and Lisa was a rock start. She pushed on everyone to make sure we had the best experience, best price, and best overall team. She went well beyond her responsibilities for us and honestly made the process way more fun.
