Sean went above and beyond to make our dreams come true. We didn’t think owning a house was possible for us but Sean didn’t give up and he made sure everything was as smooth as possible. We truly can’t thank him enough for all he’s done. I highly recommend him, he’s the realtor that knows what he’s talking about and makes time to help you.

8 months ago, my wife and I started looking for a new home by requesting a showing through Zillow. We were contacted right away by an agent representing a company named Aimee & Co., ...enter "Sean Sposeep". I've been very interested in Real Estate for over 50 yrs, and in all that time have come to distrust agents because most of them came off as salesmen more focused on their own quick profit rather than my actual needs. Sean changed all that very quickly by showing me that his main interest was selling our house for asking price, and finding us the right house to move to. Not only that, but he always fought for our best deal (knowing it would lower his profits in the long run), as well as giving us advice based on his incredible amount of knowledge. After seeing MANY properties, I was beginning to think that the "right one" may not be out there and that we might be taking advantage of his valuable time. He then told me that he didn't care how long it took, and that we could look at as many places as we wanted. His quote, "I WILL FIND YOUR HOUSE... GUARANTEED!”Before long it felt as if my wife & I were being guided through this journey by an actual friend, and not just an agent. We luckily discovered Sean through Zillow. Sean guided us as first time home owners through the entire process of buying our home. Not only was he genuine in wanting to find us a home right for us but he made sure we understood everything we were walking into and helped us negotiate! I could not recommend Sean & his team more. They are truly the reasons we are homeowners today.
