Rob was exceptional in working with us to buy our first house in Texas after moving from Illinois. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with a realtor. Our experience with Amy has been amazing. She helped us find our rental home over a year ago and has been in communication with us constantly updating the portal with new houses. She never once pressured us to anything and always been very knowledgeable and available. After 11 months she found us our dream home. We have been thru this process 2 times already and know it can be very stressful and overwhelming. Amy made this process so much lighter and for the first time I felt like our realtor really had our best interest and fought for us for a better price and interest rate.

Amy was nothing short of amazing this entire home buying process. Viewing close to 2 dozen homes, Amy knows what to look for, and was able to help me understand what to expect from each of the houses I viewed, in terms of build quality, expected repairs, etc. I was able to depend on her to navigate me through several offers and negotiations, several times having to navigate through some really bizarre scenarios, and ultimately landed on a beautiful new build in S Austin. Amy was always quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the buying process, and I felt that I was able to comfortably escalate any concerns and issues to her, to get redirection and feedback on the process. I would highly recommend Amy as a realtor; she will ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible, and she will do it with the enthusiasm that can only come from someone who truly loves her job.
