Adrianne is the best! From the beginning process of selecting an agent to work with, she was clearly the most professional, knowledgeable, honest, and easiest to work with. While other agents were more concerned with their competition’s plans, Adrianne gave me a solid and confident plan without worrying about others. She sold my house in less than a week. Her and Tiffany are extremely communicative and help make the whole selling process so seamless. I’d recommend Adrianne and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Amy knocked it out of the park, being a veteran makes the process of purchasing a home a bit more complicated but Amy made it as smooth as possible. Anytime I had a headache with a situation I would just ask her to handle it and she did with no complaints. I would definitely recommend her to any veteran or civilian.

Adrianne has worked with us in the past almost a decade ago to buy our previous home and was absolutely amazing! In addition to being knowledgeable about the area and guiding us through the buying process as first-time homebuyers, her services never stop! Well after we purchased our house, any time we needed anything whether it be recommendations for home repairs/maintenance or referrals to do the work, she was always prompt in offering her expertise. Flash forward to recently, she guided us through the process of buying a new home and selling our old home, where she offered recommendations on upgrades to help us get our house sold, negotiation on both sides to help us purchase our house below the appraised value and sell our current house at market value while minimizing out-of-pocket costs for repair compensation, and even arrange quotes and the execution for new flooring for our old house across town. Adrianne continues to be an amazing broker whom I strongly recommend! I plan on going to Adrianne for all my home purchasing and selling needs in the Austin area.

Our second time working with Rob, he helped us both buy and sell this time! Showed us all the houses we were interested in, and got everything resolved within a few weeks of starting our search, with a buyer lined up and our offer for the new home accepted. We enjoyed working with Rob again, and appreciate his responsiveness and time. Would very much recommend him!

When it comes to home buying, Amy sure knows her stuff. She is quick-witted, knowledgeable about the area, and has contacts for every thing along the way. When it came to any issues, Amy was able to help solve them quickly and really stood up for the buyer. I would recommend Amy to a friend because she really cares about the buyer. For a first time home owner, she made this transaction as smooth as it possibly could go.
