Shayla is the best. Her real estate knowledge is extensive. She will show you a home until she finds the perfect home no matter how long it takes. Then she will get you the best deal on that home. And you’ll have the best time while you’re shopping because she’s so cool.

This is a review and recommendation for Shayla Ernst, our real-estate agent. The upshot is absolutely 100% positive, engage Shayla if you possibly can, she is beyond great, by any measure. She is a hard-charging work-a-holic who simply does not quit, never gets flustered, and goes so far our of her way to help it's almost embarrassing. It's tough to find superlatives without sounding too cheesy, but honestly, they all apply. Our own needs and criteria kept changing as we looked at houses, and she just kept right on going with the flow, and expanding on it. Literally every day she had new lists of houses to check out, and they were all OVER the place. The amount of time and effort she dedicated to us was just so above and beyond what we expected. Shayla is the perfect example of a self-made, hugely competent and fiercely driven young woman. She's gone far and will go so much further. And that's not even speaking to her skills at negotiating ... she definitely enabled us to get this house for a lower price that we expected, and with many more considerations that we thought possible. I very much enjoyed working with Shayla. She was quick to respond to my many, many texts and phone calls. Her confidence, patience and positive attitude helped me keep my sanity. I knew she was on our side throughout the entire home-shopping experience. Because of Shayla's hard work, we found our perfect home and were able to close in just 3 weeks! Her negotiation skills were top-notch and saved us thousands of dollars on repairs and closing costs. I recommend Shayla without hesitation!

Shayla is absolutely incredible. If you want someone who will go to bat for you and isn’t afraid to negotiate for everything you need, then Shayla is your girl. I was ready to back out of a purchase until she made some calls to get the sellers to commit to repairs. Imagine my face when she came back to tell me they were fixing almost everything. 10/10. I’ll be recommending her to everyone I know.

Lorraine is everything you want in an agent - smart, capable, and communicative, but ultimately not going to push you into anything you don't want. We wouldn't have ended up getting our place if it weren't for Lorraine being so on top of everything.
