I have known Zach since 2018 when he helped my husband and me buy our forever dream home. At that time I felt very comfortable with him as an agent as he seemed to be so honest and attentive to our wants and needs. After my husband passed away in 2021, I knew I would eventually need to sell our house- I contacted Zach and he assured me he would help me when the time came to sell. He could not have been more helpful and reassuring . He went beyond and above and my house sold within a few days ! I felt he was with me and for me every step of the process. We could not have chosen a better realtor than Zach Koops to assist us in selling our home. He is a true professional and really took care of us, on both professional and personal levels. Selling a family home is very overwhelming. Zach provided the right amount of compassion to help us navigate all of the emotions, but also provided the confidence we needed to make decisions on what would sell the house. Just trust Zach. When he tells you to paint a couple of rooms, do it. When he tells you that your living room needs to be rearranged, do it. Trust his experience and knowledge of the market. Zach did a wonderful job navigating us through the home buying process. Every step of the way he provided prompt communication and expert knowledge.
