wynne is a giver and not a taker. she cares about her clients and gets the job done and she answers all my calls. I really learned a lot about sales just in the short time I dealt with her and she is a go getter so to put it bluntly if you want to buy or sell a house in st clair county she is the true professional and gets the job done.also a great human being too!

Ms Achatz was very perceptive of my needs. My wife had passed away and I just did not want to be in that home anymore. However after discussing options and suggesting some reliable folks to maintain my lawn she was able to convince me that I should stay in the home 6 months to a year and then I would be ready to decide what to do - sell or stay. Wynne came to my home several years later and gave me a few tips on preparing my home for sale such as decluttering, staging, and adding good clean smell. Would I use Wynne again? YES!

I have bought and sold several houses through Wynne. She has done a great job for me on every one of them, the last one bringing multiple offers within the first 48 hours. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate as well as a very involved member of the community. You won't be disappointed with Wynne!

I had a house that was a difficult sell on the market. Wynne Achatz walked me through what needed to be done, helped me coordinate with people to do the work, and was instrumental in getting my house ready for sale. Once we did, I had a good offer in less than a day. I highly recommend her for her knowledge of the local market and ability to guide you through the entire process.
