Matt Weiss recently helped us sell our house in Kinnelon and the overall experience was great. Matt had the knowledge of the local market to position us at the right price point which enabled us to sell very quickly. He was great at keeping us up to date with the marketing process and easing our anxiety after living in our home for close to 20 years. Matt Weiss started out as our Realtor and ended as a friend, who helped make our dreams come true. My husband and I set a goal to sell our home and buy a new home at the same time. A difficult task alone but we added the fact that we were not certain of where we wanted to go. We gave Matt our wish list. Matt showed us house after house in a few different towns. Based on our feed back with each visit, Matt narrowed it down to a specific house and two towns. This made us less stressed and confident we were in very capable hands. We eventually found the home we loved, and many others loved it too. We were out bid and disappointed. We continued to look, but Matt also continued to watch the house we loved. We were not aware that house we loved went back on the market.... but Matt knew. It was only thanks to Matts quick actions were able to submit an offer again, that was accepted. We are beyond thankful to Matt - for truly caring, and not being someone we just hired, but someone who was EQUALLY invested in making our family's dream come true.
