Vince Grant and team are great to work with. They explained and helped us though the entire buying process. They were alway qui k to help answer our questions and work through our cocerns. i would go back with the Grant team if I was to sell or buy anouther home in the Seattle area. Cole, Vince, Marnie to name just a few of their Awesome, Amazing Team Handled EVERY aspect and my house was on the market and in contract in 2 DAYS.. and got my asking price… wow how incredible is that.. I’m so very pleased with each and every aspect of their professionalism.. They had EVERYTHING covered and I was 2 states away.. The Grant Team was great. Vince and Cole came in with a great selling strategy. Julie was always available and helped us with all the details to get the house ready to sell. When our house sold (in 2 days) Marie took over and the closing process was seamless. We highly recommend the Grant team to sell your home.

Vince, Andy and the rest of the team did an excellent job with both the purchase of our new home and sale of our existing home. They did an excellent job navigating the many twists and turns of a changing market. The communication was excellent and they always offered options for any of the challenges we encountered during the process.
