I feel really thankful to Ken Grodner from KW HNG. As a first time buyer, his knowledge, patience and responsiveness was a huge help. He was always ready to answer questions or get things organized, but he also went the extra mile and secured things without me having had to ask for it. He had a number of connections that were very useful and he was able to adapt quickly to the changing situations when they arose. I highly recommend him!
