We were referred to Tom Swanbeck by friends who had used his services in the past and had highly recommended Tom. We are from Ontario, Canada and were not familiar with the process and procedures of buying a home in Florida. Tom Swanbeck just sold my deceased mothers home. I have never sold a home and Tom was fantastic. He described the entire process and was always available for any questions I had. I live in New York so Tom constantly kept me abreast of everything. Anytime I had a question he responded immediately. He is a kind, thoughtful, honest, and knowledgeable person as well as an excellent realtor. If he was to be judged on a 1 to 10 scale, he would get a 20.
