Vivian and Todd Jones were both instrumental in selling my home in the current tough market. They stepped in on my request after I was abysmally mishandled by one of their colleagues, costing me an escrow and a lot of time. They stuck with me for as long as it took. Vivian steadied the ship every time it rocked, finding the right buyer and navigating the countless issues stemming from a difficult HOA, at a time where there is 45% more sellers than buyers. They went above and beyond with handling everything in detail, as I was away. Vivian’s attitude, kindness, steadfastness and follow through are rare in LA, even more so in the real estate business; and it was so needed in our case. She has a bright future ahead.

Vivian and her team went above and beyond to give us a great experience. This is our first time flipping a condo, and not only did they assist us in purchasing the condo, but were able to make recommendations to local businesses that we needed and save us time and money in the process. She is very knowledgeable, and I feel that we could not have done this without her!

What a good experience we had with Vivian Simonian of Todd Jones Realty! My husband and I are first-time homebuyers, and I recently began searching for homes in the South Bay.
