Rachel Lee did a great job for us in selling our horse ranch in Acton. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market for horse properties in the area, and the range of selling prices. She was involved at every stage of preparing our house for showing and having it beautifully photographed. She advised us while we considered several above-asking price offers, and closed the sale quickly and efficiently. We would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone wanting to buy or sell property.

Todd worked hard to get our house sold at a great price in just a few weeks time. He was always helpful and upbeat - but also helped us understand what was realistic and practical. Todd’s team was also very helpful and great to work with. Todd and his team were flexible and informative and I would highly recommend them if you are buying or selling a house.
