It was wonderful experience of working with Todd, I had to vacate home without selling my home, He help me and took care of home very well in my absence. Very knowledgeable about marketing. Being first time seller, He not actually sold my house but also guided me through process Will definitely recommend for future seller.

My thanks to Todd Beckstrom who has done an excellent job selling land for our family at Lake Murray. He got us full price for two waterfront lots and is a terrific negotiator. He does a lot of research to price property correctly. I trust him completely. He's helping us subdivide property and will be selling more lots for us. Todd is highly experienced, very thorough, detailed, hardworking and passionate about what he does. He has caught errors made by attorneys and other agents in the sales process. He has a great team to help him. Todd is a nice person, a pleasure to work with and always positive. I feel fortunate he's representing us.

Worked with Lance Brown out of Todd's office, everything was great, I would recommend to my friends. Lance found out the problems with some homes we liked, and we ended up with a gem.

Completely honest, Todd and Lance Brown know the business and how to do their job. That sounds like a simple task right? After I fired my first realtor with a different agency and came over to Todd and Lance it was everything my family and I should of had the first time. We aggressively looked for homes till we found the one we truly wanted.
