The condo we listed for sale through Schiller was purchased in 2012. Tim was the agent we worked with on the purchase. It was because of that and Tim's knowledge of the Elmhurst real estate market that we chose to work with Schiller on the sale. We are very pleased with the service we received, resulting in the sale of the condo for a fair market price that was suggested by Tim. His support during the negotiations and help in closing the sale was appreciated.
