Tim Langhauser with Compass Home Group helped me buy my very first home. As a first-time buyer, I really didn't know what to expect going in, but Tim was so knowledgeable and helpful - he easily shepherded me through the entire process of finding the perfect home in Perry Hall (Baltimore County), MD and, when we hit an unexpected snag (seller's financing issue) three days before closing, Tim and his team handled the situation expertly. Without Compass Home Group, there's no way I'd be currently sitting in my new home, I can't recommend them highly enough!

Tim and the rest of his team behind the scenes did an amazing job guiding me through the selling process. As a first time seller, who also happened to move a little distance away, they made me feel comfortable, reassured, and assisted in coordinating all of the services that I needed. With a lot going on in my personal life, they were patient and understanding and were able to work at my pace, while still keeping everything on a forward moving timeline. He was knowledgeable about the area and market, and we were able to go under contract just a few days after listing. Highly recommend, especially to anyone new to the process.

Tim and his team were amazing! They all had flexible schedules, and were very knowledgeable in the house buying process, which made it very easy on us as first time home buyers. We really were interested in buying in Bel Air/Harford County MD, and Tim and his team made that possible. Also, the attention to detail was evident throughout the whole process. We will definitely be using Compass Home Group for any future housing needs!
