Tom Upton came to the initial meeting with helpful information and a strategic plan for the sale of our property. Tom helped us with staging and the photographer took excellent pictures that made a favorable impression on prospective buyers. We had a full price offer within two days on a holiday weekend. Tom goes above and beyond. If I texted him a question or an update, he would respond within minutes, even on nights and weekends. Once we got into escrow, Tom was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed. Tom works extremely hard for his clients and best of all, gets results! You won’t go wrong with Tom Upton with Coldwell Banker.

We just closed on a home sale and used Tom Upton as our agent. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness and negotiating skills. We were very happy with Thomas as our buying agent. He is very familiar with the Atlanta area and was able to recommend areas that fit our needs. Thomas was very responsive to our many questions throughout the process. Thomas viewed multiple homes for us via facetime since we lived out of state and did a great job pointing out the good and bad from each home. We were very pleased with Thomas and will recommend him to anyone in need of an experienced realtor in the Atlanta area.
