Thomas received this listing from me after my disappointing results from the prior firm, that was highly regarded in Atlanta areas yet managed only one poor contract offer in 3 months. Thomas staged my house, replaced some dated fixtures/items, had a great brochure and video tour, and managed a huge numbers of showings that resulted in this sale! Highly recommend!

Tom Upton came to the initial meeting with helpful information and a strategic plan for the sale of our property. Tom helped us with staging and the photographer took excellent pictures that made a favorable impression on prospective buyers. We had a full price offer within two days on a holiday weekend. Tom goes above and beyond. If I texted him a question or an update, he would respond within minutes, even on nights and weekends. Once we got into escrow, Tom was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed.
