Extraordinary, Conscientious, Integrity, Diligent, Quality, and Tom Tripodi- these words and this man are bound together forever in this writer’s opinion. My husband and I have had the opportunity to work with Tom in the purchasing of our new home in which he represented both the buyer (us), and seller concurrently. This gave me a unique insight into Tom’s character as an individual. I can say with great certainty that Tom Tripodi is an incredibly humane individual who possesses an unparalleled work ethic. His fortune is his ability to effortlessly and ethically bind the two together, making him the highly successful, respected, and sought after man he is. It really goes beyond praiseworthy…Tom is beautiful outwardly and inwardly- unrivaled in his profession and in a league of his own as far as character. Tom helped us purchase our home in a just and fair way, while at the same time remaining totally invested in his care, warmth, diligence, integrity, and unwavering protection of the seller. One could not help but notice his kind, intelligent, gentle, guiding, resourceful, and assuring manner with the seller… and with us as well. His advice to both parties in the transaction was spot on. His ability to accomplish the task of selling the home and pleasing both buyer and seller was spot on. My husband and I have nothing less than huge admiration for Tom in every way possible. When we will sell our home in the future, it is a given fact that we will most definitely list our home for sale with Tom Tripodi. Tom Tripodi is the best residential broker anyone could hope to hire. Tom is a pros pro that is exceptional in his craft. In short, he is what is right in the residential brokerage community. You would be hard pressed to find a more critical and demanding seller than myself. After 40 years in commercial real estate operations, I have a high level of expectation with respect to performance. In addition, I am not known for patience. Tom skilfully navigated between my exceptionally high expectation level and a buyers side that could only be described as somewhat lax at best. With me ranting and venting daily, Tom brought the deal to a successful closing. Thank you Tom; it was an absolute pleasure working with you.
