We recently moved to the area and were looking for a permanent residence. Dina was recommended by several coworkers, one of which who had recently bought a house with her help. We had a lot of big asks, particularly in the current market (early and mid 2021), and were a bit high maintenance, (I’m honest even when it hurts!). Dina was amazing. She was patient with us, very accommodating for our limited schedules for seeing houses, and very communicative (a must for a market where houses have offers within hours of becoming available). She was also very knowledgeable and honest. We felt very safe with her. She knows her business, made good recommendations and she always acted in our best interest. She made the process bearable, and I’m thankful she was with us on the journey. We love our new house, but when (eventually) the time comes to sell it, we will be contacting Dina again. Choosing Theresa to sell our home was among the best decisions we have ever made. As with any home sale, there were challenges along the way, and Theresa handled everything she possibly could, and then advised us on exactly what we needed to do. She says she tries to treat her clients as if they were family, and she truly does, and sincerely cares about the client, not just about the transaction. Theresa's years of experience (and stellar memory) are of tremendous benefit to her clients.

Dina is a fantastic relator. Trying to find a house this past year was very difficult, but Dina worked tirelessly to make sure I had every option available. She helped me navigate the housing market and the negotiating process with an upbeat can do attitude. Dina is the reason I got the house I did, and I could not be happier!

Dina has 20 years of experience and it shows. She displayed all the best qualities in a real estate agent we were looking for; she knows her market, she's relatable, honest, knowledgeable, skillful, a great negotiator, and a great communicator. She was also patient. Although it took us almost two years to find the perfect house due to certain specific needs, Dina NEVER gave up on us or treated us like we were wasting her time or keeping her from making money from a sell. Lastly, her knowledge, skill, and expertise helped us navigate the most difficult aspects of buying home, the mortgage, the inspection, and closing. We could not have gone through this daunting process without her!
