Cheryl helped me purchase my first home, and she was invaluable in getting me through the process. She put so much work into navigating me through the various steps that it takes to purchase a property, and was always knowlegeable about every detail I needed to know. She made the process very straightforward for me, despite many surprises along the way (which she responded to and resolved quickly and effortlessly).
