Easy, comprehensive, trustworthy, detailed, knowledgeable- words cannot express our appreciation for the ease in which our transaction was completed. From the start to the finish, Susan kept us apprised of all the steps in the process. Her expertise relating to the transaction as well as her vast knowledge of the area and resources were invaluable to us. We would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone.

Anabel and John Moore We had the pleasure of working with Susan Petty to buy and then sell our home in Foley Alabama last summer and she was outstanding. We also bought a house on December last year and a Condominium this week and again we used her services and she was great! She helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price, and she was very patient as well. Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Susan Petty stood out as the best in Orange Beach: her rankings are excellent, I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Susan made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't she had professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The third day buyer that saw the property put in an offer and went under contract a few days after we put it on the market. Susan, who is also incredibly friendly and helpful, always walked us through every step of the closing process on every house we sell or buy. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended the RE/MAX Real Estate Team, and Susan Petty to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a nice lady. I realize, it is hard to find a better Realtor. When we first met Susan, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved every time we viewed a new property would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. she also led us through the negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end she always found the properties that were perfect for us and are loving them so far.

We didn’t know any realtors in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area and we were introduced to Susan Petty from another realtor in our home town. We will forever be grateful for that realtor introducing us to Susan! If you are looking for a realtor with excellent communication skills, Susan is the perfect match for you. She goes above and beyond, builds a rapport with her clients and always responds in a timely manner. Please consider giving Susan a chance to help find your next condo, land/lot or dream home. In our personal opinion, she is the very best!

Susan was an amazing agent. We were moving from another state and didn’t know the area too well. She took care of everything and helped us every step of the way. I also love her no nonsense approach!!! I would highly recommend Susan!!
