Susan has helped me sell 1 home and buy 2 homes. Her expertise is so valuable throughout the process, from little things to the big important things. She really listens to what the buyer is looking for and personalizes the home search process. She gives awesome negotiation advice! She makes it logistically easy with responsive communication and efficient processes. Wouldn’t use anyone else to buy or sell a home in our area!

Susan made buying my first home very easy! She was always available to talk with me about my concerns, always open and honest with me, and always allowed me to see any houses I wanted to. I was able to find the perfect little fixer upper with her help! It didn't even feel like I was dealing with a realtor and instead felt like I was looking at houses with a friend. She was great!

Susan is a very experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent in the finger lakes area. We have used her several times and it’s always been a wonderful experience. She is honest, gives great advice, and has always had our back. When we were buyers, she navigated us through a super competitive market. When we were sellers she guided us through the nuances of different offers and she sold the house in about a day above asking price! I highly recommend Susan!
