Sue is one of the most honest and professional Realtors I have ever known. I planned on selling my home myself but chose to have Sue list and sell it because of her attributes. She and myself has been accused by a buyer of lying to the buyer about my listing because of a false claim that my home contained chinese drywall. A professional certified inspection of my home has proven this claim to be false.

This is the woman that is selling my grandparents house and she has worked with them and been very helpful every step of the way. Please ignore the very rude post by another user. A very unresponsible inspector marked that he believed the house could possibly have Chinese Drywall and this has since been proven FALSE. My grandparents hired people able to check for the drywall and as we already knew, it came back negative, that was 800 dollars they had to pay so that this wouldn’t happen again. Yes, they will have paperwork of this. So no, they will NOT be paying 300 dollars for an inspection gone very wrong. I don’t think it’s right to harass my grandparents realtor when she is only doing her job. Make no mistake, this woman is excellent and does her job right. I put my trust in her to help sell my grandparents house that I had both of my children in.

It took us some time to get settled up North before we could buy. We visited Florida on several occasions and she was willing to show us houses even though we were not ready. When we were able to buy, she was there for us. It didn't take long to find a house that we loved. Everything went smooth for settlement and in a timely fashion, She arranged all inspections and the necessary documents that were needed. We would recommend her without reservations. She is still my go to person when I need to have different questions about the area.

Sue was the listing agent of a home that my husband and I looked at. She assured us that she could be both seller and buyer agent because we wanted our interest to be protected and she assured it was. NotTrue! We signed a contract and had an inspection. The house was built in 2007 and finished in 2008. The inspector found black corrosion in the copper electric wiring and copper water lines. Inspector said further investigation needed because of what he found and the age of the house. He suspected it could be Chinese drywall. When Sue was confronted with this, she completely took seller’s side. Saying he was honest. The owner was an inactive Florida realtor. Nothing was discloseed about all the corrosion on seller disclosure. So I paid $300 for an inspection that I would not have gotten had everything been disclosed. She totally threw us away, although she was supposed to be representing us as well as a buyer agent. I caught her telling untruths. I would not recommend her to anyone ever!

Sue is an excellent agent. Everything about the process went very smoothly. She understood what we were looking for and that's what she showed us. There was no wasting time on properties that wouldn't interest us. Sue is very easy to talk to and fully understands the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for property in this area.
