Sue is very very very knowledgable about the area (Park Ridge, Niles, Glenview, Des Plaines...) and was incredibly patient with me as I was trying to learn the condo market (after being a homeowner for 30 years). She took me to multiple places, listened to my needs, pointed out things to consider, and helped me negotiate an offer. She was also helpful with referrals when I needed various professionals.

Sue was awesome to work with! I had a very specific set of requirements for my condo, as well as a small geographic location, and she was able to find me just the right place. As an older first-time condo owner - I had a lot of questions and a few panic attacks! Sue’s calm and insightful manner saw me through them all.

Sue did an outstanding job from start to finish. She provided us with comps that helped us determine the right asking price, helped us tweak the decor to make our house look as fresh as possible, got our house out on every available platform, assisted us with the negotiations and stayed in contact through closing.

Sue was fantastic throughout our home buying process. as a first time home buyer in a nightmare of a housing market, Sue really helped guide us to an amazing home. She even talked us out of bad homes rather than just trying to get a deal done, and she was always readily available whenever we found a place to look at. couldn't have done it without her, 11/10 service.
