Ramiro was great! As first time home buyers, there was plenty that we didn’t not see coming! Ramiro ensured we were updated and educated along the way. We visited probably a dozen properties over the course of a year, and Ramiro was attentive to us throughout. He gave valuable insight into the areas of these properties all over DFW, helped us with offer strategies and made sure that we were fully prepared with everything we had to do to make it to the closing table

There is absolutely no one better to handle your real estate transactions for investors or personal! Steve Nieves from first day to the closing handled everything! Repairs needed, having house Immaculate for showing and priced it dead on accurately. Sold house in less than 7 days for full price and closed in 30 days. ALWAYS KEPT ME UPDATED AND HIS EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREA AND MARKET WAS THE BEST! I have never recommended anyone with this absolute highest opinion.
