There is absolutely no one better to handle your real estate transactions for investors or personal! Steve Nieves from first day to the closing handled everything! Repairs needed, having house Immaculate for showing and priced it dead on accurately. Sold house in less than 7 days for full price and closed in 30 days. ALWAYS KEPT ME UPDATED AND HIS EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREA AND MARKET WAS THE BEST! I have never recommended anyone with this absolute highest opinion.
