Repairs needed, having house Immaculate for showing and priced it dead on accurately. Sold house in less than 7 days for full price and closed in 30 days. ALWAYS KEPT ME UPDATED AND HIS EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREA AND MARKET WAS THE BEST! I have never recommended anyone with this absolute highest opinion.
