Did an excellent job. Would use again. Communicated well and got the house sold! Navigated us through everything we needed. House needed a tremendous amount of work and he helped line up estimates and navigate buyers through the process too.

Mr moody was quick on the draw in terms of showing me homes that were listed. Knowledgeable about buying, price disputing, home renovations, etc. Down to earth guy who'd tell me if a home was worth buying for the price or not. Would wholeheartedly recommend!
