Stephanie was super helpful. She did a great job of showing us diamonds in the rough and had great input of what was possible. She worked with us to find desirable locations and spent most of her Sunday evenings going to open houses and tours with us for multiple months! She recommended a great realtor and was on top of everything. No better agent to use when looking in New Haven County

I cant say enough about Maryrose. She was amazing. She made the entire home buying process easy and fun. She had no issue getting down on her hands and kness to check for any potential issues. She was very communicative throughout the process. I never want to buy another house but if I did, I would definetly choose Maryrose again! We decided to make a move because we have a large family and we needed more room. In a realtor we were looking for someone who had the time and desire to answer all of our questions. We wanted this to be our forever home. We had talked to several realtors before when we went to various open houses. My wife had seen a house she wanted to look at. We called the number and were paired with Maryrose. She showed us a house and we decided to go with her from that moment on. We loved her attention to detail and how honest she was. It really felt like she had our best interests at heart. We had the oppurtunity through our mortgage lender to recieve 4k off our closing costs if we went with thier affiliated realtor company. We chose to stay with Maryrose and will be forever thankful to her.

Stephanie and her team were true professionals, who knew how to get the job done. They are focused, reliable, knowledgeable, and very responsive. She communicated well throughout the entire process, and I always felt like she knew exactly what was going on with the sale of my unit. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and knows how to efficiently and quickly navigate the selling and buying process. She did a wonderful job preparing the interior of my home for sale. I didn't recognize it once she was done staging it. I would highly recommend Stephanie.
