Where do we begin?!! The Corleys are simply amazing!! When we reached out to them, we had very difficult to find and complex requests. The Corleys not only listened, but went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met during this process. After many months of endless searching, we found our dream home, that fit perfectly into the needs of our family. Our daughter who is in a wheelchair, couldn’t be happier that thanks to the Corleys, the negotiations they managed to bring to the table secured us our forever home that allows her to move freely around the house without many obstacles in the way. Thank you Rhonda and Stacy! By the way, not only are they incredible at negotiating, but also have the sweetest and kindest hearts! Choosing the Corleys was the best decision!!!! Wow! In a crowded Realtor market, we were fortunate to meet The Corley Team. Rhonda and Stacy demonstrated keen professionalism, exceptional organizational skills, and superior market knowledge in selling an Alpharetta GA condominium for our family. Ours was an estate sale, delayed by Probate proceedings, with difficult market conditions. It was further complicated because the Estate Executor and other family beneficiaries lived out of state. These challenges were not a problem for the experienced Corley Team. They explained that each sale has unique attributes requiring an individualized approach to achieve our goals. They clearly defined roles and responsibilities, provided a comprehensive overview of real estate market conditions with pricing recommendations, developed a marketing strategy (which included high quality photos and staging suggestions), and we put the condo on the market. We were kept informed every step of the process with frequent texts and phone calls. All our texts, emails, and phone calls were promptly answered (within minutes). All administrative requirements (document signing, disclosures, etc.) were efficiently completed via electronic means, and the concluding sales closing was a seamless, no drama event. When problems or issues arose (including price adjustments, counter offers, etc.), Rhonda and Stacy always had thoughtful solutions, friendly and wise counsel, and pragmatic advice. This outstanding level of customer service was greatly appreciated, particularly so because we did not reside locally. Rhonda and Stacy are accomplished, personable, and skilled Real Estate professionals at the top of their game. Stacy and Rhonda were absolutely brilliant. As first time homebuyers, we were scared and unsure if we should consider buying. In the first call, I felt more than confident in this team. They both were patient with my millions of questions, but they also enjoyed answering them. They saw things in houses that we didn’t think to look at. Outside of touring homes, they gave advice on how to make smart decisions as homeowners. More than that, they’re kind and love helping others. They have built a trustworthy network of people to work with, their preferred inspector, lender, closing attorney, and contractors are all lovely and practice the Corley’s values/mission. I’ve told every single person about our experience and every person said “our team was NOT like this!” We’re so grateful for this team!

The Corley’s are incredible! They guided us through the entire process and helped us navigate every step! They met with us multiple times before listing our house and gave advice on what to do in order to get the highest value for our home. Because of their advice and strategy we were able to get full asking price and an extended close date which helped us tremendously! They also helped us with purchasing a new build and have great advice and recommendations of how to navigate working with a builder. We love this team and highly recommend working with them!
