It’s wonderful working w Stacy as a first-time home buyer! We got the deal within budget and hand things over quickly. Given it’s an old condo that needs TLC, Stacy also helped providing contact with relevant contractors and suggestions. Her knowledge and skills made the whole condo buying process a lot more manageable and less stressful.

Stacy did a superb job for us as our buyer's rep. She knows the market really well. And she was patient with us. She had our backs. And she helped normalize steps along the way to help with our anxiety. Buying a house is a big deal and Stacy really helped us make it happen. We love our new home. Let me tell you the story of how Stacy helped me buy my first home. I woke up early one morning, about 6 am, and got on Zillow to search for homes. I found the one I wanted and sent a message through this site. She called me around 9 am and asked if I wanted to see the property. We made an appointment and she gave me the number of the gentleman that would get me pre approved. At 11 am we met and I decided to buy the condo. We had until 4 pm that day to make an offer. She came up with a deal that won me the bid. I found my condo on December 5th, and by December 30th the deal closed. The team that she works with moves fast. I spent New Years Eve in my new home. I can not recommend Stacy enough. Thank you Stacy!

Stacy was a delight to work with. We sold my mother's house, and Stacy was sensitive to the bittersweet nature of the process. I was impressed with the way she handled every little bump or hiccup in the process. She has a group of very experienced, friendly people who she works with frequently. Together, they made us comfortable through the entire process. Stacy has a thorough knowledge of real estate in this area. When we first contacted her, she knew that the house across the street had recently sold and its price. She suggested updates to the house that would help our sale. When we were ready, she priced the house competitively and we had an offer in less than a week and closed within the month.

Stacy was amazing! She worked tirelessly to find me the perfect house. She got to know me and my preferences and used that understanding to pin point houses that would suit my unique needs. As a first timer I needed a lot of hand holding and she was onboard the whole time. I love my new home and would definitely recommend Stacy to anyone.
