Working with Sonia Orozco as our real estate officer was an absolute pleasure! From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer all of our questions. Held our hand throughout the entire process and made us feel comfortable and confident in our home search. At the time, my wife was pregnant, and Sonia was incredibly understanding and considerate of our situation. She went above and beyond to ensure the process was as smooth and stress-free as possible for us. Her dedication and hard work were evident—she worked nonstop, even on Sundays after church! to find us a great home at our price range. On top of that, she negotiated a great deal on our closing costs, which was a huge help! Having someone as knowledgeable and experienced as Sonia, especially as the VICE PRESIDENT of THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HISPANIC REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS (pretty cool), was truly invaluable. Sonia was and has been outstanding in providing great customer service.
