Working with Sonia was an absolute dream! As first-time buyers, we had a ton of nerves and questions, and Sonia eased them every step of the way. She was so helpful, clear, and straightforward. No matter the time of day, she was there to answer our questions with patience and kindness. She was never pushy, always sympathetic to our needs, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel supported, even in ways that weren’t technically part of her job. On top of her professionalism and guidance, she added so many thoughtful touches that made the experience even more special. She surprised us with a huge “HOME” balloon, created a custom binder with all of our home documents, and gifted us a personalized cutting board, a plant, and a candle. Those details really showed how much she cares about her clients. I can’t say enough good things about Sonia. I will 100% be returning to them in the future and have already started recommending them to everyone I know. Once my wife gave me the green light, we called Sonia. She came over, sat down with us, and laid everything out clearly — from current market conditions to pricing strategies. She was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. We signed with her that same day, and our home was listed just a few days later. Sonia held an open house the very first weekend, and by the end of it, we had a fantastic offer — above asking price! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sonia selling our home. She'll come to your first meeting readily prepared. She will work with you from the start until the very end and answer any and all questions you may have at any time. Ultimately, she will work to make sure you end up with the best possible outcome. Aiding her is an incredible team who is just as committed to your success. Multiple offers were entertained within the first 7 days of posting our home for sale online. After choosing one promising buyer, and some negotiating, our house was sold. All told, our home sold in 30 days! From the day our home posted online until we officially closed! And we sold above the asking price! Sonia was strongly recommended by a very good friend. Now I know why. If you're in the market for buying or selling, don't hesitate to call her. Working with Sonia Orozco as our real estate officer was an absolute pleasure! From the very beginning, she was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer all of our questions. Sonia was and has been outstanding in providing great customer service. Sonia spoils her clients, making herself available for questions or advice at any time of the day, evening, weekends, even on holidays. Love her energy and positive attitude.
