Shayna was very responsive and showed up at most of the showings. Very intelligent and easy to work with. We plan to use her again in a few months to sell another unit in the same development and have full confidence she will once again be helpful in selling it quickly.

Sommer is your go to realtor, she came well recommended from a co worker and with everyone nowadays wanting to be your realtor, I wanted to make sure I went with someone who knew what they were doing. Sommer did a phenomenal job in finding me homes I was interested in as well as working around my complicated work schedule for showings. Sommers notoriety for being one of the best realtors came in handy with negotiations, in fact I was able to lock in my first home with $0 out of pocket. Sommer is first responder friendly and If you aren’t using Sommer as your realtor you’re missing out !

We had a great time working with Shayna during the process of purchasing our first home. It was a really special buy for us, and she made our experience that much better. She was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process and was able to answer many of our questions. Shayna was able to work with the seller and make negotiations go as smoothly as possible .
