Natalia Owen was part of the team who sold my home in Dobbs Ferry and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She gave 150% to getting my home prepared for market and was an absolute dream to work with every step of the way. She had incredibly wise insights into what was needed, and went above and beyond to get everything in place in a very short amount of time. Natalia is incredibly warm, collaborative and lovely, and remained present and supportive, guiding me throughout the entire home-selling process for the first time with great attention and care. From start to finish she remained attuned and responsive to my preferences and interests as well, and was truly a delight and an exceptional partner to have on my team. I have known and contracted Sherry Wiggs since 2008 on various properties. She knows exactly what to look for in a property, negotiate professionally, what to enforce on a deal while avoiding costly pitfalls. She is not an agent that just does a MLS search, she knows how to use real estate to save and build wealth. Her guidance assures I make informed decisions. We’ve worked with Sherry twice, first as buyers and then recently again as sellers. She has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, was very responsive, and went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of the process (explaining differences between NY procedures and other states we had been, helping facilitate quality staging, keeping us apprised of showing/open house traffic and responses, and our hiring of an excellent real estate attorney). She was also a pleasure to work with, is calm and objective in the face of negotiation stressors, and strives to achieve what we the client wants. She made recommendations, but was not pushy and wanted us to be comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Sherry goes above and beyond of anyone’s expectations when it comes to a real estate transaction in every way. It’s not a transaction that she makes, instead she makes lives better for others. We, as a family, went through a great deal of struggle to sell our apartment largely due to circumstances that were out of our control. Not only that Sherry understood our situation, she guided us, mentored us and even connected us with those who specialise in different fields. Her main focus had always been to help us succeed in our sale and even after many hurdles she didn’t lose hope and together we made it happen. Sherry holds a very high status of respect in my mind and prayers come directly out of heart for her.

Sherry marketed and priced my home garnering much positive interest. Within a week of the house going live, I received an above asking price offer. Sherry has a great team who created a fantastic written description, professional photography, and Sarah, who worked in tandem with Sherry. An open permit threateded to derail the sale, and Sherry and her team were on it! I would definitely recommend Sherry to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate.
