Shelley and her team were outstanding in terms of keeping us informed and assisting us with updates and modifications to the house, which increased the chances of sale. They were extremely responsive and were truly expert in understanding and explaining the entire process. They were very responsive anytime we reached out to them, day or night, including weekends.

Sam Cooper who is under the Shelley Green team was phenomenal to work with. We were able to easily sell our home and purchase our next adventure. Sam also did not stop helping us when difficult situations arose outside of our control. He was always a phone call or text away to help us along with the process. Sam also went out of town during our process of searching for a home and the other team members at The Green Team stepped in to show us different houses in his absence. We are truly grateful we chose this team to represent us in the buying and selling process.

After dealing with many realtors for months, I decided to go with the realtor I felt really fit my needs and was a "shark" in the current real-estate market. Sam Cooper did not disappoint from start to finish. He coordinated with many people to make my home buying process very smooth once we found the home that fit my needs. He even kept in touch and coordinated an offer while on vacation in Hawaii. If he is completely out of pocket, he has a huge team to work out the little details to make sure everything stays on track. Colin Conrad assisted me and thoroughly explained the plethora of paperwork required when purchasing a new home. He waa an extremely helpful behind the scenes guy that kept this short close on track. He and Sam made this a very memorable experience, and not just a business transaction. The great thing is that the relationship does not end at closing. The whole team is still available for help long after the closing date. Sam and his team are very seasoned in the realty business, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy Stone and Collin Conrad from the Green Team were excellent to work with both when we sold and purchased our new home. We especially loved the ease with which they made the process easy for us by taking care of the details. We also appreciated the use of the green team moving truck. That was such a nice perk! We would recommend the green team 100%.
