Having Sheila list our house was one of the best decisions we've made. She was exactly right about how to prepare the house for showing. She was right about the price - we sold it in a few hours for a bit more than list. Sheila was very respectful and protective of our privacy during the showing and closing. Sheila had great advice about professionals we needed to see it through. I can't say enough about how she helped us through such a stressful time. 5 stars for sure.

Sheila was wonderful. The marketing material she prepared was outstanding. Our house was empty, so she had photos made with "virtual" furniture staging. Where she shined was her patience and discipline. We received an all-cash close in 10 days lowball offer, and she let us decide how to proceed without any pressure. After a second lowball offer (-20% asking), she reminded the icy veined agent to support our counteroffers, again with zero pressure. We discussed repricing the house but made it evident that any change was our decision. We chose to hold the line. With a third offer and more negotiation, we got our asking price. We were super happy with the result, we just had to be patient, and Sheila supported us the whole time.

Sheila was wonderful. Her appraissal and price was very competitive.. She was always available with answers to any questions I had. She knows her stuff. She has great decorating suggestions. She has gselling strategie for making your property show its best. She is willing to listen to any changes in property description to enhance your home. Her commission is fair and slso compwtitive. We recently sold a house where my mother lived for over 50 years. It was a difficult endeavor for my mother due to the emotions involved.
