Shannon not only helped us while buying our new home, she was an excellent resource while making the decision to rent or sell our old home. She really took the time to get to know us and discuss our future financial goals. I know we made the right decision and I can’t thank her enough for all of the extra effort she put in to help us get there. She has such a great understanding of our local market which really helped us make the right decision. During the buying and selling process there will always be hiccups. She handled them all before I even had a chance to worry about them. After our first meeting I knew she was the type of person I wanted in my corner. I can’t recommend her enough.

This is going to sound like a paid review but I assure you, it is not. I mean every word I’m about to share. Why did I choose Shannon to sell my home? She eats, sleeps, and breaths real estate. She keeps up with the market daily (trust me, you want a realtor that’s checked in, not checked out). Her knowledge is exceptional! With her 19 years of experience helping people sell and buy homes, she has created relationships with contractors along the way, which took the pressure off of me several times when I ran short on time and needed to get things done. Her response time was less than 30 minutes, if that. She did not have to go the extra mile but, she did, every. single. time. I have no doubts that she will do the same for you! From start to finish, I had the absolute best experience because of her hard work ethic. She is worth every penny and then some! The only complaint I have is not calling her sooner!

Shannon was excellent to work with and I cannot recommend her enough. There were multiple bids on the house that we were looking at and with her expertise, we were able to play it smart and solidify the buy. We could not have bought the house without her help. The best part? She also is such a great resource for things you need after the sale! Contractors, cleaners, etc. She is the best and we will always use her service moving forward!

Shannon rocks. Period. She made this the easiest real estate transaction I've ever experienced. She helped me buy this house and then sell it a couple years later like it was nothing.
