We are so happy we used Blue Ridge Fine properties to list our home. From the very start, Shannon Harrington was knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the local market and our home. Her knowledge of renovation and historic homes was an added bonus. She had a deep knowledge and appreciation for the area, and that was priceless. Shannon wrote a perfect listing description, had amazing photos, and really seemed to get everything we were proud of about our home there. Throughout the deal, she was attentive, timely, and helped guide and educate us on the process and options. We felt very confident and protected due to her attentive expertise. She also has a great sense of humor and was fun to work with! After our experience, I would highly recommend the Blue Ridge Fine Properties team for your buying or selling needs!

It might be a little unusual for the sellers to write a review for the buyer's realtor but Shannon (representing our buyers) was such a pleasure to work with that we wanted to give her some praise. While Shannon was clearly committed to the interests of her clients (the buyers) she did an exemplary job of listening to the terms that we laid out for the sale from the get-go and fully respected the boundaries that we set. Shannon was always friendly, frank, completely transparent, relaxed, and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. She inspired trust in her and her buyers and that set the table for a smooth, friendly, easy sale. No stress, no ulterior motives, no monkey business. She did everything she said she would on the timeline we agreed to and is clearly on top of her commitments. Shannon's handling of our transaction should be a template for ALL real estate deals. That's how good she is!
