We found Shannon when looking to sell an investment property. Living out of state, we really needed someone we could trust to help land the buyers we were looking for. The reviews here are accurate - Shannon is terrific, very knowledgeable and has great interpersonal skills. Our house was tricky, but we made it to the finish line and above asking price! Couldn't have done it without her!

Love love love Shannon (and her hubby Jamie)! The housing market is ridiculous. We found the perfect house on our first meeting. Put out contract and everything that could go wrong did! From cancelling contract, to looking at other houses, to putting out another contract on same house, to needing flood insurance and not closing on time. Seriously our purchase in my eyes was a nightmare but Shannon was there every step of the way negotiating and reassuring me everything would be okay. She earned every penny of her commission. She is very responsive and was there in a minutes notice when wanting to look at houses. Go with her. You won't regret it!
