Shannon was amazing to work with. She’s very personable, professional and very easy to get along with and won’t pressure you into anything. I live all the way in Texas and she made the process to sell my home in Washington so much easier. I sold my home within a couple of weeks of posting it and I honestly thought it would take months. She kept me informed every step of the way and helped me with any and everything. If I had any questions or was confused about things she helped me understand. Shannon sold my house in 2 weeks at the time when dozens of other homes were left on sale for months because the market suddenly cooled down in July 2022. She is 100% professional, meaning that when she represented me, every single action she took was in my best interest. Shannon is also extremely knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects that affect buyers like lending requirements and how they think. I can't think of a better agent to have represented me when I sold my house and I will work with her again in a heartbeat when another opportunity arises.

Made it such an easier process as new homebuyers in this crazy market. I learned so much from all the knowledge she gave me and she looked at for mine and my family’s best interest always!
