I had vacant land that was inherited and had many issues I knew nothing about. There were legal issues with the property. She investigated it for me and handled it all efficiently and professionally. The sale of the property was seamless.

As a first time homebuyer I had no idea what the process of purchasing a home looked like, and Shanna was so helpful in setting up all of our visits (even short notice requests), helped advise me in the negotiations, and she kept me in the loop as things progressed from step to step. She checked in frequently as things moved forward to make sure I had what I needed, and was extremely helpful in getting my home closed on. I can't recommend her enough. She ensured I was taken care of every step of the way.

Very friendly and professional, showed me a number of homes, always on time for appointments, seemed to really know the ins and outs of the business. She also knew a lot a about the HOA in the subdivision where we purchased the home.

Shanna helped us with the process of buying land and designing our home. Along the way she was very responsive and helpful in making the build easy and stress free. We had many last minute requests and she worked to help make them happen! Highly recommend for a home purchase or new build!
