Sean was Incredible. Knowledgeable, patient and totally professional. He provided sage counsel in an extremely hot market in the Florida Keys…it took over 3 months to find the right property and he was fully engaged until the property closed. If you are looking for a true professional that knows the area and will work for YOU, this is the guy!

Sean is outstanding! He kept me up to date on the type of listings I was looking for. Sean, reviewed, discussed and selected properties to view. When he found one, he research comparable sold properties so I knew how much to offer. Sean provided insight and additional detail about the properties. He guided me through the whole process from contract to closing. Sean is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Key West and the lower keys. He is organized and made the most of my time. I highly recommend working with Sean, he is a professional.

Sean is very knowledgeable about the Key West area and real estate market. Working remotely with Sean, we reviewed, discussed and selected properties to view. Once in Key West, Sean scheduled a two day itinerary to see properties - very organized and coordinated to make the most of our time while in Key West. Sean answered our questions and provided insight and additional detail / perspective about the properties. In addition, as we were from out of town, he suggested some local and fun things to do. I would highly recommend working with Sean - very personable and professional, with great knowledge of the properties and area.
