Scott is easy to work with and pays attention to clients needs. Would highly recommend him.He know the Colorado Springs area well, and that is what I wanted in an agent.

My experience with Scott was amazing. He did what no other Real Esate agent could. He got my house sold on time and I was able to close on my other home the exact day I needed. He is very patient and personable. I never ever had to ask for feedback. As soon as he got it he inboxed me and he responded to ever text I ever sent him right away. If I was to ever sale another home Scott is the only Real Estate Agent I would use.

Scott is a wonderful broker/realtor and we could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism he demonstrated throughout the process of listing and selling our home. When working with Scott it all starts with the prep and attention to detail. He was an invaluable coach when it came to advice on large and small things we needed to do in preparing our home to list. Things that contributed to a smooth and very successful outcome not to mention a reduced stress level. Once the home listed, Scott's marketing approach and execution was most impressive and highly effective. Evidence to all this was the fact that our house sold in 2 DAYS!!!! Would I recommend Scott Huger to anyone? Yes, and we have, he is a wonderful person professionally and ethically. My Husband and I first met Scott in 2006 when we were ready to purchase a house, he walked us through purchasing our 1st home and it couldn't have been a better experience. We truly value his opinion and have even contacted Scott to discuss investment opportunities. In May 2018 when we were ready to sell our house we knew exactly who to call.
