Scott did an excellent job in the writeup for my listing. He provided really good advice on the marketing of my 200 yr old historical house. I would reccomend him to anyone. He has the skill and patience that was needed for this very different type of house.

This was a stellar experience as he was very knowledgeable and has an excellent staff. he provided sage advise for us to prepare our property for showing and kept us informed about the whole process of showing, negotiating and selling our home. All the while he was very cordial and easy to work with which eased the natural tensions of home buying and selling. Therefore, I highly recommend his services.

Scott Felske was very knowledgeable and professional in listing and selling our property in East Tennessee. He is results oriented and provided us with expert guidance in getting our property sold near the Great Smoky Mountains. Scott was very responsive to our requests for information regarding the selling process and keeping us up to date of everything that was happening during the negotiation and sales phases.
