Scott found me a diamond in the rough that needed a little bit of love, which is exactly what I was looking for. We saw dozens of houses, and then he randomly called me and said, I think I found it. We followed up to look at a few more houses, then went to the house he suggested, and within minutes of walking in, I knew it was the one I was looking for. I had almost given up hope, but I am happy I trusted him. He even knows the local contacts and I feel comfortable calling him and asking for recommendations for contractors. Hes just a very genuine guy.

Scott was very knowledgeable about the process and about the area, but he was difficult to get in touch with at times. You always hope to find a realtor who truly cares and isn't out for the money, but our experience showed he just wanted "the sale" rather than the right sale for our family. We found another realtor who genuinely cared about making us happy.
