We are very grateful, and thankful, for all of Scott Ehrke’s market knowledgeable and patience in selling our unique, tenant occupied property in Atascadero. Scott worked very hard putting together a beautiful marketing plan, coordinating everything with our tenants, our property management company, our buyer, and of course us. Since we live outside of California, it required all communication be through electronic means. Scott is remarkable with his people skills! It’s so obvious that Scott loves what he’s doing, and truly cares about doing an excellent job keeping everyone informed. We very highly recommend Scott and his team for any Real Estate needs, and would definitely use him again should the need arise in the future.

Scott is the consummate professional! He was a step ahead of the listing process at every turn, giving us great instruction and advice. He readily stayed in communication with us without bugging us. He helped facilitate the sale of our furnishings using an estate sale company. He even offered to help house our business trailer until our business sold! He went above and beyond to make the sale of our home as smooth as possible and talked us down off the ledge whenever there was a hiccup! Scott Ehrke is an excellent Realtor. He knows the market, communicates quickly and effectively, is detail oriented, and gets deals across the finish line. I hired Scott after interviewing some of the top sales agents in the area to sell a multi-family investment I had in Paso Robles. I was impressed with Scott’s market knowledge, his sound strategy on how he would keep my existing tenants happy and cooperative throughout the process and his advice as to how to price the property to generate the highest price/most interest from prospective buyers.
